MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

At Nagher Dairy, milk is received in trucks and containers, which are unloaded at the filling station. From here, the milk undergoes a series of processes, including disk filtration, pasteurization, and standardization at optimal temperatures. Afterward, it is stored in refrigerated tanks that maintain a temperature of less than 5°C. A sample of each batch is sent to our fully equipped quality analysis lab, ensuring that the milk meets the highest standards before moving to UV testing for final quality assurance. Once these steps are completed, the milk is packaged and dispatched for distribution.

Infrastructure

Our plant is designed to handle large volumes of dairy processing. Nagher Dairy processes up to 4 lakh liters of raw milk every day. The daily processing capacity includes 1 lakh liters of milk, 0.5 lakh liters of buttermilk, 1.5 tons of ghee, 30 tons of milk powder, 30 tons of butter, 10 metric tons of curd, 30 metric tons of skimmed milk, and 20,000 liters of ice cream. This scale of production is a testament to our commitment to efficiency and quality.

Despite producing such large quantities, we maintain a focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers. This balance of quality and volume sets us apart in the dairy industry.
